This eye primer provides a thin, yet full-coverage layer over the eyelids. It cancels out redness and other discolorations, as well as absorbs oil which helps eyeshadows stay put and vibrant longer.

It can be worn on its own for a natural, no-makeup look or under eyeshadows.

How To Use:

1. Apply a thin layer on eyelids with finger or a flat, dense brush like the Lustre Pro Makeup Brush E103 Eyeshadow Brush.

2. Blend and let it dry completely before applying eye makeup.
